What do YOU think?

Vicki
October 5, 2005

I was just flipping through a Christian teen mag Michelle handed me and read the following stats: Of those surveyed,

63% of teens who've had sex wish they'd waited

65% of teens say the devil/satan doesn't really exist

53% of teens believe that Jesus committed sins while on earth

83% of teens believe that moral truth "depends on the situation"

In a typical week, 32% of young adults read the Bible and 75% pray

61% of young adults have shared their faith in the last year

54% of teens claim to be virgins

57% of teens live with both parents

92% of teens say they are happy

74% of teens say they are physically attractive

82% of teens consider themselves Christians

62% believe the Bible to be totally true

Some of those stats didn't surprise me at all. A few totally blew me away! What about you? Where do you fit into them? Are you just going with the flow and being who you think others want you to be instead of who God made you to be? Do you know what you believe? And why? Does it really make a difference in your life? Should it? What are you going to do about it?
