March 15, 2010 Hey, everyone knows teenagers hate to go to bed on time, right? I mean, what fun is it to be in bed at 9 p.m. when you could be hitting up your peeps on FB or MySpace. Well, going to bed early just might be the best decision you can make for your overall health and well being. The nation of Scotland is trying to encourage their teens to get more sleep, after examining some startling research about how much teens need sleep. Did you know that teens need at least 9 hours of sleep per night? When their bodies don't get enough rest, the consequences can be devastating.
