My best friend

Posted by RebaPrecious on Dec 8 2012 1:45PM

My best friend is disrespectful to his family and friends. I see him losing interest in God and church. What should I do? I don't want him to be lost but I don't want to be rude either. What should I do?

Be an example show him how it is to be a christian. Show love be kind and act just like Jesus. Don't argue be very patient with him.i know it may be hard but it pays off. Christ brought many people to him by showing them love.

You should also pray that God will help you to be a positive example.

There may be something unseen going on in his life that causes him to act out in disrespectful ways even towards you. Remember that your goal is not to make him act just like you, but to support him during struggles. Remind him you are his friend even if you don't agree on certain things and retain respect for his personal space before voicing concern or asking questions. Finally, pray, pray, pray. Intercessory prayer is for those that struggle, even if they themselves don't know why. Exodus 32:31 records this. "Then Moses pleaded with the Lord, "these people have committed a terrible sin against you. They made themselves a golden idol and fell down and worshipped it and did terrible things. Please forgive them. But if you can't forgive them, take my name out of the Book of life also."...Read on for God's response and more study into spiritual bonds.
