How can you get a closer relationship with God? Spend some time reading the book all about him!

I KNOWWWWWW how you feel!! What I do, is I just take sometime for myself everyday..time with me and God...listen to your Ipod with gospel music and read the Bible...It works! You just need to be close enough wit God and u'll be strong to fight any battle the devil throws your way. Take time out for Devotion everyday and Pray faithfully

I know it may seem hard, but you just have to put more trust in Jesus. It is easy to do what everyone else is doing, but what matters is when it is all over, who can you blame for you being lost. There is a song that says, "Its nobodies fault but mine". If we die and our soul is lost, then it is truly no ones fault but yours. Try Jesus, He's alright.

It may seem hard, but sometimes you just have to find new friends. I'm not saying to abandon your old friends completely, because you want them to also have a close relationship with God. But sometimes, especially when you are struggling in your relationship with God, it's better to have someone who is strong in the Lord by your side. So find someone who is. You must realize, however, that this is ultimately between you and your God, not among you, your friends and God. Surround yourself with others who are also interested in serving God. Pray. A LOT. Study God's word and let others see Christ working in you. And maybe through you, your old friends would want to achieve a closer relationship with God.
