school teaching evolution sara 9/23/2010
in school we are currently reading an evolutionnist darwinist book and I feel like it's a torture because I start to doubt about God and I know He's the most important part of my life do any of you feel the same way sometimes in secular schools? Do any of you have tricks to drive the doubt away or verses that could help me when in doubt?

Try reading a few chapters of Step to Christ" written by Ellen G. White, such as Growing up into Christ, What to Do with Doubt, and Rejoicing in the Lord. Read the whole book if you have not read it already. Pray and review God's answers to your prayers in the past. Use these as evidence that God is real and awesome. You can also just spend time in nature and meditate upon the fact that it is impossible for all of the beauty of nature to have been created by chance.

I’m impressed, I must say. Really hadrly ever do I come across a blog that’s both educative and entertaining, and let me tell you, you have hit the nail on the head. Your concept is excellent; the issue is something that not enough folks are speaking smartly about. I am completely happy that I came across this blog

Performing Arts Gina 4/23/2009
I have a problem: I love performing arts, such as choir and theater. I am in many productions at school, but I am always cast into the ensemble because I am Seventh Day Adventist. There is always going to be at least one show I cannot be in, and it really depresses me. I know I have the talent & dedication to be a lead, but will I ever be? I am a junior in High School, & I would really, really, REALLY like to have a memorable senior year...

Hi I think that you never feel bad. Why dont you take a role in your church, perhaps you can sing or you can make a theater about the Bible stories, try it and you should be always with God, if you feel depress sometimes. Talk with him. He can help you a lot and He love you and understand your talents and be trust in God. God bless you.
