Love confusion Luke 1/23/2012
Ok so I like this girl at my school. I really like her and I told her and she said she likes me. Ok so now the problem is she said she's not ready for a relationship. I respect her with her saying that. But people keep asking if we go out and stuff and my parents say I should focus on school which makes me annoyed cause I don't know what to do. I've been praying about it but I'm still confused cause i can't just stop liking her. Should I wait or should I quit?

Im currently in the same situation except this girl goes to my church. I think that you should wait and get to know her really good. Also, is she the right girl for you. I don't want to be condescending but if she isn't Adventist it might be hard to work out. I used to like this girl at my school (non-Adventist), but after praying I realized that it wouldn't work out.

Sounds ceehsy but follow your heart. Also make sure that the jock is interested in a relation ship, not just relations.

Age difference Mandy 8/14/2011
what do you think about a 16 year old girl in love with a 14 year old boy

I agree that it's a maturity level not an age level. I know some 16 year olds who act like 10 year olds and some 14 year olds who act 20. The only problem with dating someone who is older than you when you're younger, like 14 to 18, is that they might want to go faster and further than you. You just got into this dating thing while the older of the two has already had a few years of dating experience.

Compromise Amanda 8/14/2011
Hi I am Amanda my boyfriend and I have been together for almost a year now, our relationship has been going really great until recently......This is because we have started doing things that we have never done before and it is causing awkardness in the relationship. I am a seventh day adventist as well and I lowered my standards . I want the relationship to go back to what itw as before. Is that possible ? What should I say to him?
